Manufacturing
The manufacturing division of our company includes CNC controlled plate burning equipment, a complete weld and fabrication department, stress relieving equipment, electrical and hydraulic assembly, mechanical assembly, quality control, and shipping and receiving.
Delta Brands utilizes the latest technologies and equipment to manufacture your orders. Our facilities are equipped with large capacity machine tools including one of the largest horizontal floor mills in the USA, vertical and CNC machining centers and a complete line of fabricating equipment.

In addition to our extensive machine shop equipped with the latest state-of-the-art precision machine tools, the high bay area of the shop is served by two 70 ton and two 25 ton overhead cranes which handle the loading and off-loading of parts to the heavy capacity machine tools.
We pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest technologies to address any specification your project may have. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always go the extra mile to make sure each client is happy.

Engineering
At DBI, engineering is an ideal blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, yielding the best in maintenance and operation-oriented design. DBI is organized into teams of talented and creative engineers who meet the most demanding challenges in the steel processing industry every day. Each team consists of professionals specializing in process, electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines.
All of our equipment is designed in accordance with International Design Standards. Each machine is supported by an operation and maintenance manual, and spare part lists. All information provided to our customers in both hard copy and electronic format for timeless reproducibility. As an added benefit, our archive department retains as-built copies of each machine designed so we can easily reference previous jobs with each client.

Automation
DBI Automation is a system integrator dedicated to the control of coil processing equipment. Our automation division consists of a team of professionals specializing in electrical control, instrumentation, software, and hardware configuration. Each team member assures the design criteria meets or exceeds customer specifications. All DBI Automation systems conform to international design and safety regulations.

This talented team of engineers and technicians routinely support equipment installations globally. The team is trained in all aspects of equipment installation, equipment start up, process system operation, operator training and maintenance personnel. Our customers benefit from the support and dedication of our service teams many of which are seasoned Ex-Steel Mill Engineers from many of North America’s most well know steel plants. |
